Egg Poched Curry

Ingredients

Egg -3
Onion – 1 chopped nicely
Tomato – 2 chopped nicely
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder – 1tbsp
Coriander powder – 2tbsp
Pepper powder – 1tsp
Garam masala powder – 1tsp
Salt – as per taste
Water – as needed

Temper

Oil – 2tbsp
Fennel seeds/ powder – 1tsp
Roasted Cumin powder – 1tsp
Green chili – 1
Curry leaves- few

Grind

Coconut – ½ cup

Method

Heat  oil in a  Kadai


Add Fennel seed powder, Roasted Cumin powder


Add onion, Curry leaves, Green chili


Add ginger garlic paste.Saute them well, till the raw smell of


Add tomatoes Saute the tomatoes till they become mushy.


Add all the  spice powders. mix well


Take the  coconut in a blender jar.  Take a coconut milk.


Add required water and allow to boil for masala & add Coconut milk


slightly reduce the flame and break one by one egg


Cover and cook  3-5 mins


Do not allow to boil for more time as the egg tends to break in to pieces.


Till it gets the right consistency
