#NattuKozhi Nattu Kozhi Varuval Recipe is a famous one among them, that is made with Nattu Kozhi (country chicken). Chettinad cuisine originates in Chettinad region of Tamil Nadu state in South India. Chettinad cuisine is one of the spiciest and the most aromatic flavors that one can find in India. The flavors were perfect and we enjoyed with rice.

Ingredients:
Gingelly oil – 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds – 1tsp
Onion – 1
Curry leaves – few
Green chili – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Red chili powder – 2 Tsp
Garam masala powder- 1 Tsp
Coconut pieces – 1/4 cup
Country chicken – 1/2 kg
water – 3 cups
Salt – as per taste
Chicken masala powder – 2 Tsp
pepper powder – 2 Tsp ( freshly grounded)
Coriander leaves – garnishing
