Chicken Liver Dry Fry


Chicken liver – 250gms
Onion – 1
Green chili/ Red dry chili – 2
Curry leave
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp.
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tbsp.
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder- 1tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp.

Take  all the Ingredients

Heat a kadai

Add oil,sliced onions and Green chili, Curry Leaves

saute till golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until raw smell.

Add Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garam masala powder, Black Pepper powder, Salt,Mix well. Saute for few minutes on medium flame.

Saute a Min

Add cooked liver pieces. Mix well.

Cook for 2-3 minutes on low flame.

Chicken liver fry is ready to be serve.
