Chicken Pepper Fry

Chicken Pepper Fry


Chicken – ½ kg
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Ginger Garlic paste – 1tbsp
Corinder powder – 1tbsp
Fresh Ground Pepper – 2tbsp
Salt – as needed


Oil – 2tbsp
Feneel seeds – 1tbsp
Cloves – 2
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Red chili – 1
Curry leaves
Small onion/ Onion – 1 (10)


Heat oil in a kadai. Add in fennel seeds, Clove, Cinnamon, RedChili and let them crackle

Now add in onions, curry leaves and  Saute for 5 to 10 mins till it turns light golden

Now add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.

Add in all the spice powders and salt and mix well.

Now add in chicken and toss well with the masala.Cover the kadai and let it cook for 30 to 40 mins till the chicken is cooked

Finally add Fresh ground pepper powder & Mix well

Toss Well

 Ready To Serve with Plain rice
