Fish – 10 pieces ( I used Thengai paarai)
Turmeric powder – 2tsp
Coriander powder – 3 tbsp

Mustared Seeds – ½ tsp

Now take the washed fish in a big bowl and add the chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt. Mix them. so that they are well coated and let it marinate for 30 to 40 min.
Heat oil in a kadai Add Mustared Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds

Let the chutney mixture become warm or cool.Add in a blender make it into a smooth puree.
Heat oil in a kadai . Add Mustared Seeds
Add Onion, Curry leaves, Green Chili . Saute a min.
Take a Tamarind Water , add Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder, Salt. Mix well

Boil the masala add marinated fish one by one.
Cover and cook for 10 mins.
