Pomfret Fish Fry

Ingredients:

Prom fret – 7 Pieces
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1
Chili powder – 2tbsp
Coriander powder – 2tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1tbsp
Pepper powder – 1tbsp
Cumin powder – 1tbsp
Turmeric powder – 2tsp
Salt
Oil


Method:

Clean fish pieces, make deep slashes in it.



Mix all the ingredients for marination and add Lemon Juice, very little water and make it into a thick paste.



Apply masala all over the fish, deep into the slits and slashes.



Keep the Marinated Fish in the Refrigerator for 30 Mins


Heat refined oil in a pan , Add Curry leaves



place fish over it.  cook on a medium low heat for 5 to 6 mins. Now flip over and cook on high heat for 5 more mins.



Now the fish is done. Ready to Eat…
