Mathi Meen Fry


To grind for fish masala:
Garlic pods – 5
Ginger – 2inch
Small onion – 8 or (half onion big)
Chili powder – 2 tsp
pepper powder – 1tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 2tsp
Curry leaves & coriander leaves – few.

For frying:
oil – Pan fry

Clean the fish and make some slashes in it

Take a blender add ginger, garlic and shallot, Chili powder, Pepper powder, Curry leaves, Salt,

make into a puree

Now add in the fish and mix well with the Masala

>Let this marinate for 30 – 35 mins. & Re fridge on it.

Now take a Nonstick Pan. Place the fish

Let it cook for 5 mins on one side. Flip them over
and cook for another 5 mins on other

Ready to Serve..
