Ingredients:
Prawns -1 kg
Fennel seeds – 2tsp
Cinnamon – 1inch
Clove – 3
Cardamom – 2 pods
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Chili powder – 2tbsp
Coriander powder – 2tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1tbsp
Pepper powder – 1tbsp
Cumin powder – 1tbsp
Turmeric powder – 2tsp
Oil
Salt
To grind:
Coconut – ½ cup
To Mari nation:
Prawns -1 kg
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Chili powder – 1tbsp
Salt
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Method:
Take all the Ingredients
Mix all the ingredients given for marinating. Let it settle for Half hour.
Heat a kadai, add oil, Fennel seeds, Cinnamon, Cloves, and Cardamom. Saute a min.
Now add onions and saute till they turn golden brown.
Now add Tomato, Sauté it until smashed
Now add Ginger Garlic Paste and mix well.
Now add in all the spice powders, mix well.
Add Marinated prawns, sauté it.
Pour water. Simmer this for few more mins till oil floats on top.
Now add Coconut paste, mix well
Boil it
Ready
