Ingredients
Prawns – 1kg
Fennel seeds/ powder – 1tbsp
Chili powder- 1/3 tsp
Pepper powder – 1tsp
Dry red chili – 2
Curry leaves
Salt – as per taste
Oil – 2tbsp

Heat oil in a pan
Add Fennel powder, Dry red chili, Curry leaves. Fry for one or two min
Now add the prawns & Salt mix well
Add Turmeric powder
Add chili powder
Add Pepper powder
Saute and stir well
Stir until dry
Ready to serve
