Ingredients
Curd – 2tbsp
Chili Powder – 1tbsp
Kasthuri Methi – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp

Butter- 1tbsp
Oil – 1tsp
Charcoal
Marinates
Curd – 2tbsp

Method
- Take chicken in a bowl, make deep slits on them Add Curd, salt, chili powder and Turmeric powder, kasthuri methi, Ginger garlic Paste them and mix well. Leave this aside for 30 mins.
- Heat a kadai, add oil, and butter. Then add marinated chicken one by one. Cook for 10 to 15min each side.
- And now take a bowl, transfer the cooked chicken.
- Now switch on the stove, heat one charcoal, until it turns red.
- Take the roasted chicken, keep it in a bowl & place the charcoal in
a small cup, add little bit of oil & close the Lid for 2 to 3 mins.
Until the smoke flavor rest on the chicken.
