Paneer- 200gms,cut into cubes
Onion- 2 large,thinly sliced
Ginger garlic paste-2tsp
Tomato- 2 medium ( chopped)
Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
Garam masala Powder -1tsp+1tsp
Kasuri methi-2tbsp ( dried leaves of methi )
Wate-1 cup or more
Corinder leaves- 2 tbsps,chopped
Heat oil in a pan
Add cumin seeds
Add thinly sliced onion and salt into this and cook until onion turns transparent and slightly brown.
Add the tomatoes in and cook till melts.
Add Ginger Garlic Paste & Cardamom
Add the chilly powder,jeerapowder and 1 tsp garam masala
Lastly add kasuri methi. Mix Well. Swith of the flame
Allow the prepared masala to cool.Grind it into smooth paste by adding little water.
Pour it back into the pan ,add 1 cup of water and boil
Add the gravy in medium flame till it reaches very thick consistency.
. Add paneer Cubes and mix well
Pour 1 cup of milk. Heat till it reaches smooth thick gravy. Check for saltiness.Switch off the stove.
Add Sugar . Mix Well
Add butter and sprinkle remaining garam masala Powder. Cover it.
