Ingredients
Ponnanganni keerai – 1 Bunch
Onion -1
Dry red chili – 3
Moong dal – 2tbsp ( optional)
Salt – as needed
Coconut grated – ½ cup
Sugar – 1tsp (Optional)
Water
Temper
Oil – 2tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Urad dal – 1tsp
Method
:
Heat Oil in a Kadai
Add Mustered seeds
Add Urad dal
Add Dry red chili
Add Onion
Add Chopped keerai.Mix well
Add Sugar
Add Sprinkled water. Mix well
Add salt
Cover and cook for 5 mins
Add Grated coconut . mix well
Saute a min.
Serve with any tamarind curry
