Ingredients
Ridge Gourd – 1
Capsicum -1
Egg -2
Onion -1
Green Chillis – 3
Ginger Garlic paste – 1 Tsp
Red Chili powder – 1 Tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1 /4 tsp
Curry Masala Powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
To Temper
Oil – 2tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4tsp

Method
- Heat oil in a Kadai, add Cumin seeds, and Curry leaves
- Add onion, Green Chills. Sauté a Min.
- Add Ginger garlic paste.
- Add Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric powder, Curry Masala Powder, salt. Mix well.
- Add little bit water, & add Chopped Ridge Gourd, Capsicum. Cover& Cook for 5-8 min. Stir Well.
- Add Eggs And Scramble.
Now ready to serve.
