Ingredients
Cauliflower – 1cup
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Chili powder – 2tbsp
Coriander powder – 2tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1tsp
Salt – as needed
Water
Temper
Oil – 2tbsp
Fennel seeds – 1tsp
Cumin seeds – 1tsp
Curryleaves – few
Green chili – 2
Grind
Coconut – 3tbsp
Fennel – 1tsp
Cumin seeds- 1tsp
Pepper corns- 1tsp
Cinnamon – 1inch
Clove- 4
Ginger – 1inch
Garlic – 5 pods
Method
:
Cut cauliflower into small florets
Bring 3 cups of water to a boil. Add the chopped cauliflower and Turmeric powder .cook them for 5 minutes and switch off the stove.
Grind the items
Heat a kadai, add Cumin , Fennel Seeds
Add Onion, Green Chili, Curryleaves.Saute until onions turn golden brown.
Add the Tomatoes and little bit of salt. Fry until it becomes soft.
Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder,pepper powder and salt needed.
Add little bit of water & boil it
Now, add the boiled cauliflower and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
Add the ground masala paste.Mix Well
Add Some water.
Mix well and cook over low flame for another 5 minutes only.
Ready to serve
