Ingredients:
Chow Chow – 1
Tomato – 1
Onion -1
Green chili – 1
Moong dal – ½ cup ( Cooked)
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Salt – as needed
Water
Temper:
Oil – 1tbsp
Mustard seeds- 1tsp
Ural dal – 1tsp
Cumin seeds- ½ tsp
Curry leaves-few
Method:
I buy chow chow occasionally
chopped chow chow cube size
Heat oil in a pan. Add Mustared seeds, Cumin, Chili, Curry leaves
Add onions
Add Tomatos
Add Chow chow
Saute a min
Add little water. And mix well
Cover and cook 5 mins
Add Turmeric powder & Salt
Add Cooked Moong dal.
mix well
Serve with Rice, Chapathi, Roti
