Ingredients
Egg – 3
Oil – 1tbsp
Fennel seeds -1tsp
Onion – 1
Tomato -2
Curry leaves – few
Ginger garlic paste – 1tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Chili powder -1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1tsp
Garam masala powder – 1tsp
Coriander powder – 1tsp
water
Method:
Take the boiled eggs
Add Fennel Seeds, Curry Leaves
Add onins , Saute a min
Add Tomato, Green chili
Cook until tomatoes soft and mushy
Add Ginger garlic paste
Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, Garam masala powder,Cumin powder, Salt
Add little bit of water. Mix well.
This is right cosistency for add eggs
Now add the eggs
Mix well it is well coated with the masala.
Ready to serve the egg masala
Serve with curd rice, Sambar rice
