Ingredients
Karunai Kilangu – 5 pieces (Pressure Cook for 3 whistles)
Onion – 1
Tomato -1
Red Chili Powder – 1 Tbsp
Coriander Powder – 2 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Tamarind – Goose berry size
Corn Flour Maavu/Rice maavu – 1tsp
Salt – to taste
To Temper
Oil -2 tsp
Mustard seeds – ¼ tsp
Fenugreek seeds – 1/4 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1/4tsp
Garlic Pods – 4
Hing/ Perungayam – 1tsp

Method
- Heat a kadai, Add Tempering items one by one. Fry for 2 min.
- Add Onion, Fry till slightly brown color.
- Add Tomato, fry till smahsly.
- Add Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, and Salt. Mix Well.
- Add some water& bring to boil.
- Now add tamarind Water. Mix Well. Allow to Boil.
- Add Boiled Karunai Kilangu.Mix well.
- Now add corn flour paste. Mix it. Cover& Cook.
