Ponnanganni Keerai Poriyal

Ingredients

Ponnanganni keerai – 1bunch
Onion -1
Dry red chili – 3
Moong dal – 2tbsp ( optional)
Salt – as needed
Coconut grated – ½ cup
Sugar – 1tsp (Optional)
Water

Temper

Oil – 2tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Urad dal – 1tsp

Method

Heat a kadai and add 2 tbsp oil.


Add Mustard seeds


Add Urad dal


Add Dry Red Chili


Add Onion . Saute a min.


Add Chopped Keerai


Mix well. add sugar


Sprinkle Some  Water


Add Salt


Cover and cook for 5 min


Add Grated Coconut.


Mix well


Serve with Any tamarind Kulambu
