Ingredients
Potato – 2
Green peas – ½ cup
Onion -1
Tomato – 1
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Turmeric Powder- ½ tsp
Chili powder – 1tbsp
Coriander powder – 1tbsp
Garam Masala powder – 1tsp
Salt – as needed
Water
Method:
Heat oil in a kadai
Add fennel seeds
Add Onion, Green chili
Add tomato ,Cook until tomatoes soft and mushy
Add Ginger garlic paste
Add green peas
Add all spice powders , & salt. mix well
Mix well. saute a min
Add 1 cup of water
Cook for few min
Now add boiled potatos
Mix well
Add garnish for Coriander leaves
Ready to serve
