Ingredients:
Oil – 2tbsp
Cinnamon – 2inch
Fennel seeds – 1tsp
Cloves – 3
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1tsp
Hing – 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves – few
Garlic pods – 3
Onion – 1
Tomato – 2
Ginger garlic paste – 1tsp
Drumsticks -1
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
Garam masala powder – 1tsp
Water – 1/2 cup
Salt – as needed
Bolied poatao – 2
For coconut paste:
To grind:
Coconut – 1/4 cup
fennel seeds – 1tsp
Cashew nuts – 3 or 4
Method
- Heat a kadai, add oil, Mustard seeds, and Fennel seeds, pepper Corns, Garlic Pods, Curry leaves. Sauté a min.
- Add Onion fry till slightly golden color.
- Add Tomato, Salt. Fry till the tomatoes smash.
- Add Chopped Drumstick. Sauté it. Cover & Cook.
- Add Ginger garlic paste.
- Add Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, Curry Masala powder, Salt. Mix Well.
- Add Boiled Potatoes & add one cup of water. Cover & Cook.
- Finally add Coconut paste & Boiled.
Now Ready to serve. Serve with White Rice, Sapathi, Wheat Dosa.
