Ingredients
Raw banana -2
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Chili powder / Sambar powder – 1tbsp
Salt – as needed
Water
Temper
Oil – 2tbsp
Curry leaves- few
Method
Rinse raw banana, trim the edges and peel off the skin using a peeler or Knife
Now in a mixing add the spice powders
make it into a smooth paste . Apply the masala all over the banana, and leave it to marinate for 10 mins.
Heat some oil in a Kadai. Add the marinated bananas in oil and fry till crispy on both sides
Cook covered for 2 mins , cook until nicely browned and crisp.Keep in low flame flip and cook.
